N95 respirators (masks) help protect you by filtering very small particles - including viruses - from the air you breathe. Wear one when caring for the sick or otherwise exposed to the sick.

Surgical facemasks are worn if you're sick - to protect others.  When you cough or sneeze, a facemask helps prevent flu viruses and other germs from spreading.

Hand sanitizers and disinfectants kill flu viruses.

Latex gloves help prevent spreading viruses by touch, especially when caring for the sick. 
With "touchless" dispensers, people don't touch the dispenser (possibly transmitting viruses).
